Manages multiple survey configurations
With no limit in supported survey design, Res2DInv and Res3DInv can manage multiple survey configurations and can include topography, borehole and subsurface electrodes, spatially extended electrodes, arbitrary electrode locations, streamed electrodes on and in water-bodies, as well as all conventional configurations.
Different versions to support different needs
Res2DInv is available in one version only. When purchasing Res2DInv, you also receive a free Starter version of Res3DInv. Res3DInv is available in four different versions: Starter, Basic, Pro and Enterprise.
Support time-lapse surveys
Combine measurements into one dataset for time-lapse inversion . Time-lapse inversion is used to invert surveys where the same measurements have been repeated over time – for example, using the same survey grid monthly or quarterly This is mainly used for monitoring changes in the subsurface, such as flow of pollutants, changes in water table due to water extraction, or monitoring of permafrost, injections in the subsurface or landslide prediction.
Support electrodes in boreholes
Both Res2DInv and Res3DInv supports electrodes in boreholes. These can be used either for cross borehole surveys to resolve deep structures, or in combination with surface electrodes to extend the exploration depth compared to traditional surface surveys. Res2DInv can handle up to two boreholes in each inversion, whereas Res3DInv can handle an unlimited number of boreholes and subsurface electrodes.

To download and install Res3DInv 3.20, log in to MySeequent with your Seequent ID. If you don’t have a Seequent ID, create one here with the same email address you have for your existing AGS licence.
